When the company is growing at a fast pace, or many teams are customer-located, or teams have experienced any kind of crisis or difficult period… Team building activities are the best solution. Or just because you feel like doing something together and have a good laugh!

We already gave you some tips for organizing a nice team building day through gamification, but this time we are going to give you ideas for some open air activities! The basic conditions are to mix people, to communicate, and to have fun. Check them out!

1. Team Sports

One great way to develop team building activities is organizing a football or basketball match. Or any other team sport. The basic rule is to mix teams (among departments, positions, sex.. So everybody get to know each other and to communicate) and to have fun!

2. Gymkhana

Organize a treasure-hunt in your city with different tasks. Collaboration will be crucial here to get the prize! Shyness is forbidden this day :).

The goal is to mix teams and roles, so everybody can meet each other.

  1. Boat-building challenge

Your task here will be to build up a boat with the material that the company will provide, and to win a race against the other hand craft boats.

  1. Burgers competition

By teams, you will be in charged of cooking the best burger ever (we say burger, you can cook tofu, a cake, or whatever you like). The goal here is to decide in group the best recipe and to organize the different tasks everyone will carry out. A great lunch is waiting for us! Miam!
